Fall Pumpkin Loaf

Baking this loaf has the house smelling like the autumn leaves. This recipe is great for having after a cold day with a cup of hot tea or after your home from the very cold football games, or after your sports. You can always change up the recipe to fit what you want as well. Enjoy!



INGREDIENTS

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp ground cloves

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbs ground nutmeg

3/4 cup unsalted butter

15ozs 100% pure pumpkin


DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all dry ingredients except the sugars.

  2. Beat butter and both sugars by hand or stand mixer until creamy.

  3. Add eggs to butter mixture until light and fluffy, then add the pumpkin.

  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients and preheat your oven to 325*F.

  5. Line your bread pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.

  6. Bake for 65-75 minutes or until done.
